John joins PMZ's Commercial Real Estate Division after more than twenty years in business as owner of Jaureguy's Paint & Decorating.  He and his wife Sharon reside in Turlock and are active members of the local business community.

John has also been active in commercial real estate for many years managing his own properties, and now brings his experience to PMZ.
